Led design for enforcement and reporting for users and characters. The scope of work included user accounts, character creation, approval, management, and chat moderation, with a focus on providing transparency around what actions were taken and why. Emphasis was placed on improving how enforcement is experienced by users while ensuring the safety of individuals and the broader community.
